Tekken 8 has revealed the final guest character for its third season: Yujiro Hanma from the long-running martial arts anime and manga series Baki the Grappler. Known for his overwhelming strength and status as the series' ultimate antagonist, Yujiro is set to join the game in early 2027. The announcement marks one of the most surprising crossovers in fighting game history, surpassing even the inclusion of Clive from Final Fantasy 16 in Season 1.

Yujiro Hanma is the father of protagonist Baki and has been a central figure in the Baki franchise since its debut in 1991. His design and fighting style are expected to bring a unique visual and mechanical flair to Tekken 8, though exact gameplay details have not yet been revealed. He joins other Season 3 fighters Kunimitsu, Bob, and Roger Jr., with Kunimitsu launching first on May 27, 2026.
